Pet Monkey's as Pets?????

I found this article

and would like people's thoughts on it?

I agree taking monkeys from the wild is an issue, but is there a problem if they are bred in capivity?

Should Monkey Breeders be looked down upon???

  1. i think monkeys if cared for and loved make wonderful additions to families!! i had a woman named nancy giroux who lives in missouri, steal my monkeys by frauding and scamming me!! NOW!!! that is what i think is terrible!! she took them and gave me a fake name and address and said she could be trusted because she believed in GOD?? DUH!!! what BS she just stole them!! i am disabled and in need for a service monkey really bad becuse of health issues and my neck and back and she did that to me?? i just wonder what and how my monkeys are?? her mother runs a business in lewis county missouri and she should be very ashamed of her daughter!! this woman is a plain out thief!! anyone that has a monkey that is trained as a service pet please call me? i need one really bad and i will give it a really great home and lots of love and care! if you want to find a home for one please let me know? i have a great vet that cares for primates and plenty of time to share with it. thanks call 260-726-7496 leave a message if no answer! i can't get to the phone in time sometimes! thanks

  4. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A WHITE FACED CAPUCHIN MONKEY FOR A VERY LONG TIME HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF TRYING TO ADOPT ONE. WE ARE LOW ON FUNDS SINCE THE LAST THREE ATTEMPTS, BUT WE CAN GIVE THEM ALL THE LOVE AND CARE THEY NEED. THEY WILL BE COMING INTO A LOVING ENVIRONMENT WITH 3 ADULTS ONE OF THEM MY 17 YR OLD SON. MY HUSBAND IS RETIRED AND HAS ALL THT TIME IN THE WORLD TO CARE FOR IT. WE HAVE OWNED ONE IN THE PAST, ALONG WITH MANY PET STORES, WE ARE AWARE OF HOW TIME CONSUMING THEY ARE AND ARE WILLING TO GIVE THEM ALL THE TIME NEEDED.
